Join us at The 2008 Burnsville Fire Muster

The Burnsville Fire Muster invites both For-Profit and Non-Profit organizations to participate as a food or other concession vendor in this year’s Fire Muster.  It’s a great opportunity for you to introduce or expand the visibility of your business to thousands of people from around the south metro area.  Some of the types of groups we are looking for include:

·        Food Vendors
·        Services
·        Product Sales
·        Organization Promotion

 While preference is given to returning concessionaires, the Fire Muster is always trying to provide an ever-changing variety of offerings.  The Fire Muster board will try to accommodate all those wishing to participate, but does reserve the right to select the participants it feels best meets its goals.  

Participation requires the rental of either a 10x10 or a 10x20 space.  You are required to provide and setup your own tent, as well as provide all the equipment you need.  Electric power will be provided on a limited basis.  You must also meet all state and city licensing requirements that may be applicable.    You will be required to purchase a Fire Muster button for each member of your staff.

 

Space Rental

Space rental rates vary by size, days participating and whether you are a non-profit organization.  Non profit organizations are required to show proof of their legal non-profit status in the form of a Tax Form to be eligible for the reduced rates

Forms & Other Requirements:

 All Fire Muster forms must be completed and submitted to us, and all rental space must be received by June 30, 2008.  We must also have any required legal forms and permits at that time also.
